  1. Is this for "new" or "experienced" small business owners?

    Turnarounds Made Easy™ is perfect for any small business owner, regardless of experience. How can that be? Well, you probably know the specifics and nuances of your business very well. What you probably do not know are the specifics of how to turn around a business that is struggling – yours included. In this sense, every owner is "new" to the turnaround business.

  2. Does my business have to be in serious trouble to benefit from a turnaround?

    No; just the opposite. The sooner you see the need to revive your business, the easier it is to make the improvements and the quicker they can be made. Although most of the articles you read about "turnarounds" feature companies in late stage decline facing bankruptcy, most owners who enroll in Turnarounds Made Easy™ are between the early and middle stages of decline. If you are having trouble paying your bills in full when they come due, it's past time to enroll in this course.

  3. Does this program work for any type of business?

    Absolutely! Turnarounds Made Easy™ is perfect for almost every small business. The process of reviving a business is straightforward and appropriate for retail stores, distributors, service business, manufacturers, and specialty businesses. In fact, the principles in this course would go a long way to reviving government agencies. Maybe I should offer this program to the federal government!

  4. How quickly can I reasonably expect to turn my business around?

    Like most things in life, it depends. There is no way for me to know the condition of your business, the mood of your suppliers and bankers, or how committed you are to reviving your business. All these factors affect turnaround time. However, in most cases you can expect the Quick Start lessons to produce immediate results in the way you control your cash. Once they calm things down, most business owners get their companies back on track in four to six months.

  5. Are there any "hidden costs" in addition to my membership fee?

    None at all. You might need to buy a three-ring binder to keep your lessons organized if you don't already have one in the supply cabinet, but that's it. The Turnarounds Made Easy™ program is a complete course – there are no books to buy or additional fees you have to pay.

  6. Does my membership include personal coaching?

    No, it doesn't. Although I am always available to respond to support requests, I just don't have time to personally coach everyone who enrolls.  However, the lessons are designed to be self-explanatory.

                                                            

  1. Do I have to commit to the entire 6 months?

    Of course not. I believe you will find this training program to be the best value you've seen in a long time. However, you may certainly cancel anytime you want. Either send me an email via the Contact Us link on top left of the home page, or send an email to ClickBank.com for a prompt and courteous cancellation. Frankly, I believe you'll stick with the entire course once you see what it can do for you.

  2. On what day of the week will I receive my weekly emails?

    There isn't a set day of the week when lessons arrive. My automatic mail system will send out your lesson approximately every 7 days. Sometimes there may be a 24 hour difference, but you will always receive a lesson each week. You can complete the lessons at your own pace, but you'll hear from me each week with the next lesson.
